CAP, INV, SIP API Performance Fix

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to address a recently introduced performance issue affecting the CAP, INV, and SIP APIs. During this window, all endpoints within these APIs will be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes, and requests may return 500 or 502 errors. No action is required. Normal service will resume automatically once maintenance is complete.
