Error rates have gone down to acceptable levels and we believe the incident has been resolved.

Monitoring
The issues today have been caused by widespread outages across various AWS services in the US-EAST-1 region. We were impacted across multiple backend services which caused high error rates that affected every type of call. AWS has been working to resolve the issue and our last update indicated that a solution had been applied. We are still seeing a few errors but, for the most part, our API performance is back to normal. We will continue monitoring the situation and will provide another update once the incident has been resolved.
