NIST API Status was erroneously reporting a DOWN state when it was UP

Today we had an incident with our status page that cause the NIST API status to report as DOWN when in fact it was up. The problem was caused by an order of execution problem in our alert systems. The incident has been resolved. The actual downtime was 1 minute.
